Why fitness does not help to get rid of cellulite

Are you disappointed? You are doing fitness almost every day and trying not take too many calories during the day, but cellulite is not disappearing? “Simply burn more calories than eating and cellulite is gone” seems not to work. Many top women athletes also have the problem.

Lactic acid

Heavy muscle work creates a lot of lactic acids, especially under anaerobic conditions (indoor). The body neutralizes the acids with alkaline minerals. Neutralization produces neutral salts. They cannot be completely excreted and are bound with fat and diluted with water embedded in the connective tissue. The result is a formation of slags. The once firm structure of the connective tissue is now soft and knows a dented optics. The cellulite is here.

Slags prefer to deposit in fat and connective tissues, but also in muscles and joints. This hurts and affects the joy of sports and the performance of the body.

How can you help your body?

Optimize your diet by reducing the consumption of animal products and avoiding processed food, white flour, sugar, sweeteners, sweets, bad fats, chips, table salt, milk and dairy products, coffee, soft and energy drinks, alcohol, and other acidifying foods.
